What is it ?

Mandelic Acid 10% + HA by the Ordinary is a gentle exfoliator that helps to get rid of dead skin cells, and reveal bright and even complexion.

Who is it for?

Mandelic acid being the gentlest of AHA’s is best suited for those with sensitive skin, who want to get rid of dark spots, uneven skin tone and textural irregularities without irritation.

What are the key ingredients?

. Mandelic acid : An AHA with one of the larger molecular size, that helps to gently unglue the bonds between dead skin cells to promote a radiant complexion.

. Hyaluronic acid : It is a molecule that attracts 1000 times its weight in water to visibly plump and improve the hydration levels of the skin.

How to use it ?

. Apply a few drops on your face in the PM before your other serums, moisturizer and oils. 

. Use only once or twice a week, and dilute with a moisturizer, if skin is extra sensitive, till your skin builds tolerance. 

. Use sunscreen in the AM, when using exfoliating products.

. Avoid the eye area. 

. May cause purging in some cases, which is normal. This will subside after 6-8 weeks. Discontinue in case of persistent irritation.
